The Criminal Negligence Continues Jeremy Vine . . . Oh Hum!

Hello Mr Vine Everybody

I wasn't going to post anything until I had finished my 6th in the Star Series Mr Vine. But that went on stop from the 16th June 2017. This is it's current condition.

As you know I posted some cut outs on twitter in order to hopefully break my creative deadlock. More images that question our negligent Welsh Assembly. Not that the media in Wales are in anyway interested.
(And no the images are not showing in pictures again on twitter. . . oh for a discrimination lawyer Mr Vine! ) Not that Mr Dorsey cares.
So then there was this one. The LGO failure in it's duty of care. To this council tenant. Not that anyone is asking Carwyn Jones. Well should tenants have the right to video record meetings with Council Housing Officers so they cannot lie about what they have said? (I will come back to that later on Mr Vine). Golum is one of my many sub-personalities. One who points out quite a few home truths to me . . . and makes me laugh out loud.
As is Mr Sellers character in the Pink Panther. Chief Inspector Clouseau. Perfect for pointing out the scam that is HraSubsidy.

What had become of my complaint of yet more hate crime, by Mr Dweebfoliant man Mr Vine. Another whitewash. After ignoring my email complaint for oh so long. They finally turn up out of the blue. 2 Council Housing Officers. They had their own list of complaints, and stuff I needed to act upon.

1) Remove food that I put out for the Hedgehogs from what they euphemistically call 'The communal area' ???  I will upload a photo of that. It was by the front door entrance, cos that bit is somewhat sheltered from the rain. Being east facing. They do love their cat biscuits Hedgehogs.

They claimed it might attract vermin. Shame they don't live here. It was also used by various cats in the area to top up on. But I guess Mr Afraid of his own shadow. Made that complaint. The only vermin I have trouble with mr Vine are the two legged human kind.

2) That I needed to trim down the apple tree out the front. Because Dweebfoliant man couldn't get any light. Hahaha! He's out most days and when he is here all he does is play computer games. 

When I asked if they could provide me with a set of ladders to carry out the works. They refused. So I was forced to hire a set. Maybe I should have billed them the cost? It was that or have their butcher squad turn up and cut it down to 5ft.


I only had one hairy moment where their HSO might have said 'Told you' I used the bungie cord method of tying the ladder to the tree. A sand bag at the bottom would have been a help. For added safety. But I did the necessary. I need to upload the finished pic but that can wait.


3) The other item on their list. Was concerns over the Virgin Media Cable access. Odd that given Dweebfoliant man was in the day I had Virgin out over no internet access. The young fella who turned up had no issues accessing the sockets.  Just being awkward for the sake of it, me thinkums.

4) I had a small tree growing by my bedroom window. It helped to deter the window knockers. They would check with whomever. To see if that had to go. When I eventually publish the email correspondence. You will see that it did.

This it is looking down the path. I've cut back the damaged Honeysuckle to see if I could get re-growth. Luckily I did.

It was a pleasure to stand under and look down the garden from, especially on hot days. Concerns for the structural integrity of the house. Do me a favour Mr Vine. You will see in the emails. That following my compliance with all this BS. That someone would be sent out to check the roof. 

 Well as far as I am aware that has yet to take place. (2nd Nov 2017) Here then is the proof of the cut down. I was managing it's upward growth. But hey ho! I have a few other saplings growing that I might just might put across the path.

Well what about the Hate Crime. You remember this don'tcha Mr Vine. 


Seems they weren't interested about that at all. I was amazed they never asked me to take it down. My screen. I explained to them how I came by this truth. But it appears I wasted my breath. I shall not be repeating that here. The how of my knowing. Dweebfoliant man will only deny it anyway. But he and I know the truth.

So to break the creative deadlock and seeing as my drawing board was taken up with the 6th Star Series. I had a couple of canvasses knocking about and decided maybe if I returned to my sub-conscious means of image production. It might help with the block on the 6th SS painting.

This was the first of those. Remarkably it sums up my at a lostness. As to why I just couldn't turn up the the paint brushes. 

The title is ''The hen pecked Mr Pensive''


A simple image. It's as finished as it get. A few that follow are not. Next came ''A Double Wedding in Waterwheel Town'' Of all the paintings I have ever done. This painting oddly enough. Has given me the greatest pleasure, to do to date. It is still in the process of being completed. But hey its close.


I started another while working on this. Just to keep the mojo moving. The title is ''The day of Sluggers Comeuppance'' It reminds me of Leger. 



This next one. I haven't yet decided what to call. At the moment it's a toss up between simply ''The Meet'' or ''Two feather's fox was massive'' It's the one most in need of further time spent on it. But heyho! All part of the 'What more would you do if it didn't need to be perfect' philosophy.




Finally for this current series. Is ''Her useless son was drunk again'' next to the double wedding it has a charm that I find quite delightful. 




I imagine when I place them on twitter with the #Senedd they will appear on the timeline but will not stay on the photos page. Just like before. Due to haters who keep on hating. Or discriminators who keep on discriminating.

Finally for today Mr Vine. This is the doorway entry system they have installed. 


You see the button marked Trades. Well anyone can press that between the hours of 0700 and 1400 and gain access to the property. Odd isn't it Mr Vine that those are the Hours I generally go to sleep? Cardiff County Council know this? Maybe that's is why it is set at those specific times? 

My question is. What is going to happen when the criminal's get to know about it. As surely they will. What is likely to happen when those who have despitefully used me get to know about it? This is causing me a great spike in anxiety. 

Unfortunately for me. One Dr Adams doesn't feel that writing a letter. Asking that this be deactivated to assuage those fears, is worth his time or effort.

I just view it as more same old same old. Complete and utter disregard for this tenants peaceful enjoyment of his home, and family life. By Cardiff County Council. I wont bore you with the saga of how many times my sleep has been disrupted with it's placement or that of the hallway lighting system (more on that will follow). 

I did learn on Tuesday from Ian Williams the contractors electrician that it can be deactivated and the rest still work. I would like that done asap. So that I can go to sleep knowing that any old Tom Dick or Harry. Will not be invading my space.

Enough for now. I'm 2 hours passed my bedtime as it is. 

 UPDATE 1ST NOV 2017

 Why heavens above. Promoted my latest cartoon on twitter today and got this reply from Leanne Wood. Wonders will never cease.
I responded with this. After all she has had plenty of emails plenty of tweets. Hasn't she Mr Vine. I mean you've been a co-receiver. There is the 17th of Oct tweet above for one.

You have to ask yourself 'Why today?'' Don'tcha Mr Vine. I mean of all the tweets I have sent her way. Why today? Shall I go back and fetch the ones from her conference weekend. Oh lets shall we. I wonder if she has ever scrolled through the blogs, or will she bother now?

Friday the 20th Oct 2017 tweets it is then.
As a leader of a political party. You would think that someone in that party. Would have been delegated to keep an eye on their Social Media feed. Wouldn't you Mr Vine. I'm sure the BBC do. I mean you do. It's all part of the razzmatazz of being a radio 2 presenter these days isn't it.

Then there was this the same day . . . I was on a roll Mr Vine.
I mean they crap on and on and on and on . . . about the need for Social Housing. If they really mean business. Then 'Why oh why oh why' haven't they introduced. Stand Alone Bank Accounts for Council rent monies by now? Because they are corrupt is the only conclusion I can come to Mr Vine.

There wasn't a bursting forth of activity on #Plaid17 twitter feed that day. Maybe they were all to busy listening to the BS from the party leaders. Or maybe the activist are to impoverished to afford the technology to access social media.

But this came up, the Tidal lagoon issue. The 'Will the Tories fail Wales again' scenario Plaid like to paint. Often true but vanity projects when there are other cheaper options. Well it kinda irks me. So the roll continued with this . . .
That waterwheel can be found on the Taff trail, its a little lower down than the screw turbine that's been placed on Radyr Weir. Who owns that or who is making money out of that I do not know. 

But this waterwheel I have asked why isn't it producing electricity for the city since 2006. For the cost of re-purposing it they would gain a billion times over. so why not? Intransigent governance by the #Senedd. I think so. Small and many often out perform big but one. We will come back to that kind of thinking at a later date.

Saturday the 21st of Oct 2017 wasn't that much better from #Plaid17 activist. But as Mr Huw Thomas current Chairman of CCC was in the frame. I chipped into the conversation with this.
Hardly and excuse is it Mr Vine 'not sure what this is about' Given this is a small sample, of the tweets I have sent her way. Over the last few years. Plus there are all the cc emails posted in these blog post of mine. Criminal negligence about sums up the #Senedd and my dealings with it's AM's.

 The AM she is referring me to is one Julie Morgan . . . You will find I have a blog on her. When she was my under performing MP. Not that the electoral commission ever took any notice of complaints of her being an 'Unfit proper person' to run in elections. That she ought to be barred from standing for public office. So I am unlikely to visit her any time soon.

I've been re-thinking the title of the blog Mr Vine. Maybe it ought to read 'Cardiff County Council Giving Crazydave The Finger Again'

 As for the door entry system. I have been in contact with Ian Williams Mr Widerspin's office. Asking for the trade button to be de-activated. Asking for a push button lighting system. The one they have installed is on what they euphemistically called. 'Dusk till Dawn' Well it comes on way before dusk and stays on well after dawn. 

So when the Council bleat 'They are strapped for cash' Know that for the lie it is. When the claim they are a green council. Know that is a lie also.

 It seems they like to rub the noses of their 'in fuel poverty tenants' with their lavishness. Plus they have added an outside light. Why? Don't ask me. Since that's been on the hedgehogs no longer come for their water round this side of the property.  It really used to make my day. Seeing them little beauties.

Sorry about the poor quality photo. I did want to know from Mr Wilderspin how many of these door entry systems they are putting in for CCC. Because now we have 3 lights running. Where as previously there were only the interior 2. The meter is ticking over very nicely for the lekkie company. Who is going to end up paying the bill?

In a country that claims its into animal welfare. All the protect the hedgehogs organizations, and the clowns do this. When I've repeatedly asked for a push button system. In order to save money. But its another finger up to this tenants wishes.

Am I too harsh Mr Vine???

The annual gas safety check.

During all of this, that came round. I have repeatedly asked for afternoon appointments. I have repeatedly asked for only one person and no trainees.

So what do they do. Make a morning appointment, and send me two young men out. I could have cancelled but hate talking to them on the phone. Plus I had to try and change my sleep pattern for when these door entry gezzers turned up.

I could have refused the two entry. But lets get this over with is the motto. And we will finally deal with the individual. Who thought it a hoot to send the two here. So that next time, if there is one. Only one will turn up.

It was interesting to listen to their conversation. They made me aware that after their visit to me. They would be splitting up to go to other calls. As if to rub my face in fact that my wishes were deliberately being ignored.

They always check the boiler first. When that's done it's the meter test. I was put in the position of having to ask both outside. As one appeared to want to stay in the property. While I went to open up the front door for the other to access the meter. It means we have to go around the back etc etc.

I have zero trust of most people these days Mr Vine. Even less for employees of CCC. Especially when they are playing games at my expense. But then I must be the laughing stock of their little band. After all these two were aware that once the meter had been tested and they picked up their gear to check the gas fire. 'That you don't leave your boiler on standby do you. Shall I switch it off'. This was said in the lounge after the collection of their gear.

I had done that as I followed them out of the bedroom. What I also did not like. Was the one who was just there for the numbers. Wandering around with a mobile phone on. I mean was he videoing my home??? and relaying it back to his crew???

I did not tell him to switch it off. But next time if the situation doesn't change. If there are no. 'Oi wtf do you people think your up to' condemnation. I might just do that. Because Mr Vine if I were the head of a mental health charity. I would be calling out the ombudsman on this. I would be calling for some very serious sanctioning of the person who sent the two out.

They call me a vexatious complainant for holding such views. Well they ain't me, and they haven't walked in my shoes. Until they do. 'They can do one' is my answer.

Well that's the 3rd draft completed Mr Vine. 

Didn't hear any interviews on the news today with Leanne Wood. ''Excuse me Ms Wood. But do you know how Social Media works?'' or ''How can you claim 'your not sure what this is about' Given all the tweets Crazydave has sent your way?''

Same old, same old from MSM and the duplicitous BBC then.

So yes last night wandering around the place. I could be heard to say 'One down, fifty nine to go'. Heartless of me Mr Vine? Given Mr Sargeant was a Minister in Rhodri Morgans Cabinet at the time of that banner being painted. I really don't think so.

On November the 3rd I posted this comment to @WalesOnline  Part of the Echo group . . . The Cardiff local rag in other words, facebook page.

Oh and Mr Vine. The meeting with Dr Adams. I really should have refused to see him. Because I like continuity. Because Dr Goricha would have remembered if Cardiff County Councils Medical Officer had ask for her to write 'a report'. As they were requested to do on the annual 'Do you still want to move' form. Question is 'Why didn't they request it?'  I mean it was in bold felt tip pen and shouty capitals.

How did they make their judgement without it ? After all it was 'The Good Dr' who asked me to request it? And there was nothing on my records saying they had. 

 So they have decided that 'You are probably going to die at this address Mr Gabriel'

 Still haven't heard from Mr Wilderspin. Guess I will have to get my ass to a phone box, again. Oh and the lights came on at 15.30hrs yesterday. Wotta waste of money!

 Still cant be bothered with the emails Mr Vine. I've got a block there it would seem. I must shift that somehow. But this is enough for today.

Wales Land Of The Discriminators . . . with a little help from Twitter

Hi Mr Vine 

I've been hiding away. Naughty of me, but hey! There is only so much neglect one can take. As your aware I've been turning up to the paint n brushes instead. Not something that #Senedd appear to like. Given that someone must have complained to twitter about my images.

Oh for a class act solicitor, to remind Twitter that discrimination is against the law. Eh Mr Dorsey.


It seems they have been taken down ever since the death of Rhodri Morgan. From the 17th May onwards. Maybe they are afraid of me showing this banner.

After all Mr Morgan was one of the signatories to creation of the Welsh Assembly Government. The self same government that. Sold the peoples housing provision down the river. For a little bit of power in the Devolved Administrations. 

That was when these HRAS payments first came into being. Isn't it Mr Carwyn Jones? That is when the Treasury started demanding franchise payments, from Social Housing providers. Remember when I said the game was rigged in favour of Private Landlords Mr Vine. You don't see any of them having to pay what 25% of rental income back to the Treasury do you?

All so the Welsh Assembly could be funded. Nice one Political Elite dudes. You sure know how to look after your own. While dumping on the people. Then you all have the gall to claim your #StandingupforWales. BS!

Now why would twitter be hiding that from the people of Wales Mr Vine. I think its a good likeness based on the image I used. Oh yes some artists are liked more than others in Wales. Eh Mr Jones Ms Wood Mr Andrew RT Davies. 

Cos someone complained somewhere, and twitter went along with the complaint, and well would you be amused Mr Vine. I certainly am not. The old chestnut ''I might not agree with what you have to say. But I will fight for your right to say it'' Really springs to mind.

You wont find them on #Wales or #Plaidcymru at least not after the 17th of May 2017. This one did make it though.
But then neither can Ms Wood reply to those serious concerns either.

I was supposed to receive another letter from the DWP. They told me in a phone conversation that apparently it was posted on the 15th April. I have 3 choices. 1)they lied and never sent it to me. 2) The post service really has gone to hell in a handbasket since privatisation. or 3) Eskimo man got it.

So lets talk hate crime shall we Mr Vine.

They have finally succeeded in killing my Honeysuckle at the front of the garden.

 
We have a new names for Eskimo man. He is now called Agent Orange or as Inner Dwave likes to call him ''Mr Dweebfoliant man. Cos you gotta be a dweeboid ta do what he has''





 Where Mr Fowler failed. Agent Orange has succeeded. You know the only thing that I expect to be done is that the council come along and tell me I will have to take the sheet down, again. and I will reply just like I have in the past. ''Get a court order'' Cos I would really like to have a chat with 'The Judge'. 

 Note in the image how green the undergrowth is. During the dry spell I bucketed as well as hose piped the front garden. As to how Mr Vine. He's been using something in an areosol spray can. Don't know what. But that has been his modus operandi. When you can nolonger wind someone up, seems that you have to damage their property.

No coppers will bother with this. Only wish I had a forensic biologist for a friend. I would have handed over the leaves for them to test when the leaf drop first started. Way back in April, after my first trim. Oh how lovely it was looking then. Not that any housing officer is going to care either is it Mr Vine. Hell they cant chase up ''Did you get an appointment with Eskimo Man to check out the holes in the roof ?'' With their maintenance division. 

And just like the 3 stooges at the #Senedd they have endorsed hate crime here. Year in year out since 2002. How their Medical Officer keeps their job fasinates me Mr Vine. Oh those hate crime endorsers.  How we would love to see the 'Comes around' for them.

 I wonder if he's happy with his handy work old Agent Orange. I wonder if he's really pleased with his achievement. Does it buy him kudos with the other haters? It's not the only game he's been playing. But lets not publisize his antics. 

 Here's the 4th in my Star Series that the people at twitter don't want you seeing on the #Senedd timeline. 
So when they start bleating about how they support 'The Arts' You can all heckle them with ''Yeah well worrabout Crazydaves paintings huh . . . Not much support shown there!''

The one and only Mr Ian Dury. This one has taken the longest of all to do. We loves to paraphrase songs from Alanis through to Mr Dury. We are currently spending time as and when on the 6th in the Series Mr Vine. That's when we aren't having to rectify damage caused by the haters. Or blogging n tweeting in the hope of bringing the neglect the negligence the hate crime to an end.

Shame they aren't using Rick Simpsons oil. But it's a start. I was dissapointed to hear your doctors Jarvis trotting out the ''Current strains of skunk causing psychosis'' line on your depression section. What gets me with these ''experts'' is. Do they actually know any long term cannabis users? My guess is they don't.

Update 1st june 20017

Seeing as we are on a roll Mr Vine. This thought has been on my mind. 

Would the people of Cardiff have voted for a Welsh Assembly if they had been told. ''We will be taking £200 Million in Council rent monies over the first 18yrs of the Assembly. To help fund it'' and the same thing told the 10 other Local Authority areas the same senario. As they all have the same ball park figures. 

If the people had known the truth of it's cost to them and their children and their childrens children. I think they would have given a resounding ''NO!'' But like #Brexit they have not been told the whole story, and still its not publicised. Much like nothing on the news about Cardiff Council taking out a £187 Million loan to buy themselves out of HRAS.

THERE IS NO AUSTERITY FOR THE PROFESSIONAL ELITE . . . Eh JEREMY VINE BBC RADIO 2 . . . WITH RENT INCREASES OF 4.89%

First I would like to talk about Sanctions by the DWP. When I see tweets like this Mr Vine. I ask myself ''Why haven't the three devolved administrations gotten together and challenged Sanctions in the law courts?''
After all The Welsh People like to consider themselves champions of the oppressed. They are despisers of bullies, especially those with power over others. Given Mr Jones background you would have assumed that he could raise an arguement in favour of the UN decision. So that no DWP employee in Wales ever dared sanction anyone. Or else risk imprisonment for Human Rights abuses.

Especially the part on cost of monitoring versus what they save by sanctions. It cost more to police than it ever saves. I'd call that an exersize in futility. Or to quote a phrase ''Vulnerable adults just cash cows for the professional elite'' In this case employing DWP staff that they would be better off making redundant. To tha tune of £100Million a year.

So to the rent situation Mr Vine.

Yep they really pushed the boat out this time. A 4.89% rent increase. I've been wondering if the Chancellor has done any projections on the increase in cost to the Housing Benefit budget 2017/18. If other councils are following Cardiff County Councils lead on their ''Notice of Rent Variation'' Odd how it never goes down the longer your a tenant isn't it?

Mines gone up £3.90pw. Nice work if you can get it eh Mr Vine? Guess its time to see what last years rent yeild was, not sure if I can screen save the page.

On page 9 of The Statement of Accounts for 2015/16 it reads as follows:

Housing Revenue Account (HRA) The net surplus for the year, prior to transfers to earmarked reserves, was £716,000. This included income from rents and charges for services totalling £67.636 million and repairs, maintenance,supervision and management costs totalling £40.602million. Increased volume and demand for repairs to Council dwellings were offset by savings in a number of other areas including employees and insurance costs, contributing to the overall surplus. This surplus has been transferred to earmarked reserves for use in future years in tackling overcrowding and reinvesting in the housing stock. The HRA balance as at 31 March 2016 is £8.438 million.

During 2015/16, the Council made a one off payment of £187.392 million to exit the Housing Revenue Account Subsidy System (HRAS), which is recognised as capital expenditure and shown as an exceptional item in the Comprehensive Income & Expenditure Statement, within these accounts. The HRAS was a funding mechanism introduced many years ago by National Government whereby, in Cardiff’s case, circa £15 million of net rental income received from dwellings rents had to be passed back to HM Treasury, via Welsh Government. Under the new self-financing regime, the Council can now retain and reinvest all income. However, it is required to make annual payments for additional interest and to set monies aside towards the repayment of loans taken out in order to make the one off payment.
  
I find the one off payment to exit (HRAS) totally astonishing. That's 12 years at £15million in one hit??? What the heck are the interest repayments on that loan Mr Vine?

Total rent income for the year £67.636Million of which £41.398Million were the cost paid out. I've neglected to add the depreciation (Still running that fiction I see) or the loan payment for the (HRAS)(What a scam that is). 

In a Stand Alone Bank Account we would be showing a profit of £26.238Million. Quite a considerable difference to the £8.4Million balance they are trying to 'Fob Us Off On' Don'tcha think Mr Vine?

 So rents increase by 4.89% projected increase on £67.636M = £70.943M for 2016/17. Or a £3.307Million a year increase.

If you've read the previous blogs. You will know that I have grave concerns, over the speed with which these annual percentage rent increase. Make the doubling of the rent over time shorter and shorter. So far its taken 19yrs next time if left unchecked, and this type of rise go ahead. Will the minimum wage rise to meet that for 2033? £83.70 x 4.5% annual increase takes 16yrs to get to £169.27 Mr Vine. That's if the MSM don't ask the likes of Theresa May, Jeremy Corbyn, Carwyn Jones or Nicola Sturgeon. Given the current financial climate don'tcha think Crazydave's plan is worth implimenting?

IS JEREMY VINE A TRAITOR TO THE BRITISH PEOPLE U DECIDE

Hi Mr Vine

Am I being to harsh on you Mr Vine? From my perspective you are Mr Vine. Most especially when you had Gavin Barwell MP Minister for Housing on your show on Tuesday the 3rd January 2017 and didn't ask one question from the Great Rent Revenue Account Swindle post. One such question to the Minister might have been. ''Isn't it true Minister. That if our Councils were not using depreciation to siphon monies out of their housing revenue accounts. We'd have plenty of investment monies for more Social Housing?''

So I've made this little sign to see if I can grab some attention for these issues. The ones the BBC and other MSM don't wish to talk about.


I believe any right minded person will agree with me that you are Mr Vine after reading the Great Rent Revenue Account Swindle post.

What is it with you MSM people Mr Vine. Scared that if the money is nolonger being siphoned out of the HRA to pay for other Council services, that your Community Charge is going to sky rocket?

Is that the reason behind the silence? Because that is what is happening. 

From that perspective you would think that outlawing private landlords would be the order of the day. So that Councils would have even more rent monies to steal. To pay for the envy of the world Council Services. But oh no the BBC's agenda is ''the grip of death'' you know those £250,000 starter homes for the wealthies children.

It's not my fault government has a Housing agenda that fly's in the face of reason Mr Vine.

Just check the rise in Housing Benefit payments to private landlords over the last decade Mr Vine. To see what the Conservative and labour Party (Red Tories) Zero hours contracts, private landlord heaven, Is costing this Country. Up to £9 billion per year, the last I heard. Would they be housed more cheaply as Social Housing tenants. You betcha'ass.

It is only going to increase unless the brakes are put on it now. Government likes to endlessly bleat on about how. They can make the hard choices. But they shy away from the only one that will end this, and that Mr Vine is to foreclose on many of these properties. Especially the ones where the majority of tenants are in receipt of Housing Benefit, and take them into public ownership. Compulsory purchase others that are not mortgaged up to the hilt, but have the same demographic of tenants.

Maybe then we will not have the insanity of Million pound a year payments in Housing Benefit to an individual landlord. Securing his/her mortgage, yet I hear tell that mortgage payments for the unemployed are going to be scrapped? Private landlord no questions asked. Cos the private landlords in the House of Commons voted it that way. Oh no conflict of interest there eh Mr Vine?

A nice little earner for the banks when the unemployed cant meet their mortgage payments eh Mr Vine? So a private landlord MP can buy it up, and then rent it out to them at more than the cost of the mortgage, and ooops . . . yep the DWP will pay the rent!

Meanwhile Mr Vine. We draw ever closer to the day, our Councils will have their annual rent rise. I wonder what it will be this year 3.5% 4.5% ? Oh and the exponential rise across the Country will be what Mr Vine? Ask the treasury for those figures Mr Vine for the last decade. 

Not that any of it is being invested in Social Housing is it Mr Vine? Not the vast majority of the profit anyhow. So I've done another sign for Mr Carwyn Jones. Another Traitor to the people of Wales, or else we would have this by now, well wouldn't we Mr Vine Mr Jones.


Not that the BBC in Wales will be grilling him over these issues, now will they Mr Vine. Or else they would have done so a long long long time ago. 

Here is the last sign of the day Mr Vine. I still don't know why Mr I.D Smith MP has not been charged with Culpable Homicide. There are enough coroners reports that state. Sanctions and WCA are a major contributing cause for many suicides of unemployed people.

If there was a working practice that was causing people to suicide at this rate. The HSE would be all over the companies ass like a rash. But because its the unemployed. Well MSM has been vilifying them for so long. They just ain't human and deserve to die. Isn't that the mindset encouraged Mr Vine. Sub-human scroungers?

Personally I would say that any DWP employee, who has ever sanctioned anyone. Should be prosecuted for aiding n abetting Mr Smith in hate crime and culpable homicide. Social Security is supposed to be a safety net, more often than not those sanctioned have mental health issues. No matter how poor unemployment benefit maybe, its better than zip zero nada Mr Vine.

The Work Capability Assessment cost more than it saves Mr Vine ??? More Government insanity. Maybe if they scrapped it they could afford to pay the unemployed a tad more Mr Vine? And the doctors they use, be more usefully employed as GP's or found a place in the NHS. Given the stresses that organisation appears to be forever under.

 In the covering letter to my last WCA form. I asked if there were any mechanism whereby I could appeal ever having to go for another WCA. For various legitimate reasons. That request was never replied to, and lo and behold they had me in for an interview on friday 23rd of Dec 2016. Only they cancelled it when I got there. Apparently nobody qualified to assess me was available.

So they have me living in fear that once again. They can play their games with me, like they do with so many others who have mental health issues. Stopping payments for ESA only to reinstate on appeal. Again we are just cash cows for the professional elite. 

I've tweeted the Met police enough with these self same words. Maybe a picture will do what those tweets havent accomplished. For all those families who have lost loved ones, due to Mr Smiths war on the unemployed.


Odd how the Met Police have a disclaimer on their twitter feed that complaints cannot be made via twitter. Yet they are arresting people for tweets they make??? There's irony for you. It reminds me of Ombudsmen, who refuse to act on information contained in blogs Mr Vine.

So Council Estates are keeping your Community Charge down, Think about that before you call them Sink Estates in future Mr Vine. Cos really they are keeping you lot afloat.

As for cutting the cost of the rents. Is fixed cost plus 30% a reasonable charge for a Social Housing rent Mr Vine. In the last set of accounts published in the Great Rent Revenue Account Swindle post (2012). Those fixed cost come at around £29million plus 30% = £37 million divided by 15000 tenancies comes to £37pw. Alot different to the £52million or averaged out to £66pw. There is a saving to the treasury of £15million a year to one Council in housing cost. Then a rent freeze for a decade or two. No clap trap depreciation or no payback subsidy to the treasury to denude the account. Nor any % rent increases to exponentially increase the annual scam.

Me, I am all for the interest being paid, and upon death, or the resale of the property. Take back what the government has spent keeping them afloat. Is that a more equitable, generous, caring and wiser approach. A more satisfying solution for all ?

UPDATE 8TH FEB 2017 THE NEED FOR A FINACIAL RESET OF SOCIAL HOUSING RENTS 

Hey Mr Vine I noticed you had Damian Green MP (Current Minister for the DWP) on your show. On Thursday 2nd of February 2017. Promoting his ''Work till you die'' philosophy. Abit like Mr I.D. Smith MP (Former DWP Minister) ''Albeit Macht Frei'' one. 
A reminder of #IDS sick humour.

But you failed to ask Mr Green any Questions raised in this blog on how The DWP Housing Benefit Budget could be cut drastically. Or anything on ending the Work Capability Assesment given it cost more than it saves. 

But that's the BBC agenda for you eh Mr Vine.

The Financial Reset would be easy to achieve. It's a simple solution the Fixed Cost plus 30%. If it ever does get taken onboard as a reasonable one under the current financial conditions. Then a beady eye will have to be kept on those Fixed Costs. They have been escalating by over a Million a year as it is.

The monies saved might just be used to pay for Social Care? Because the Stand Alone Bank Account would also be in place so Councils cannot siphon rent monies off anymore. Meaning money for investment in Social Housing either new build or buying up Private Landlord properties. So that impoverished tenants can have security of tenure.

Oddly enough those tweets were posted the week before Mr Dimbleby had the first debate on Community Charge increases to pay for Social Care. Guess he must have read the blog or his researchers. Shame he didn't point out that ''If we cut Social Housing Rents we could easily afford this''

Thing is Mr Vine is it a reasonable rent figure for Housing Association Rents as well. Fixed cost plus 30% ? How many Millions would that save a year?

They will need a cross party agreement to make these changes. Lets pray they decide to do so. 

In the meantime Cardiff County Councils Medical Officer decided that I'm not urgent or high but in Medium need of re-housing. Which means Sweet FA is going to change. I would love that individual to live here for a couple of years and see what they claim then. 

Can I have a second opinion? I'm praying for a miracle Mr Vine praying for some privacy Mr Vine!

UPDATE 13TH FEB 2017  

DWP AND G4S CONSPIRING TO DEFRAUD AND UPSET VULNERABLE ADULTS

 Todays update is going to enlarge on this tweet to you last friday Mr Vine.
 
When I arrived at the security gate on the morning of thr 23rd Dec. 2016. The security guard one Mr.B.B. 563898 (We shall keep his full name PnC for now) Proceeded to tell me that ''I was not allowed on site, as there was nobody qualified to see me'' I did not realise the full import of those words at that time. I do however now.

But he didn't just leave it at that. I wanted to make my presence known to the receptionist. He proceeded to tell me ''How they had been trying to get intouch with me to cancel. But that they had been unable to.'' That is where the 'Tell them anything to get rid of them' part begins.

I asked what would happen if I made a dash for the office. Knowing where it was cos I've been there before. Its one of the reasons I painted this banner over a decade ago.





November 2004 it was completed. ''Not much has changeed since then then Qwazydwave'' Thass right kid.

I was told that the Police would be called. Twas after that that a 2nd Security guard came huffing and puffing to the Kiosk. I questioned should I go for it. But with my achillies tendons the way they are, and my lungs the way they are. These guys would probably catch me before I got there, and did I really need the hassle with the Police. 

Funny thing hindsight isn't it Mr Vine. ''You should have made a dash for it Speyzirave. At least dat way it would have bin officially recorded you wuz der'' Your right kid.

Not that it seemed overly busy with people needing examinations Mr Vine. No tooing and frooing. Maybe they had been wise and called for a different appointment day n time seeing as it was Xmas.

So I go to the local phone box after leaving there, and call the office number. An individual calling themselves Joel answered. I explained what had occured. He had me on hold while he contacted the department. Came back and repeated the self same phrase. Now this is where I failed to ask the ''Well what happens next ?'' question. What I did do was ask that next time can I have an afternoon appointment. Because I am still under the illusion placed by the dishonest G4S worker. That they had tried to cancel. Joel told me they began at 1300hrs and I said fine.

Oh how easily we are taken in eh Mr Vine. So ever since then I've been patiently waiting for a re-appointment date that was never ever going to emerge.

This is what popped through my door on the 9th Feb 2017.

We asked you to go to a WCA on 23-Dec-2016 so that a Health Care Professional could advise us on your ability to work. 

We wrote to you on 13-Jan-2017 asking for your reasons for not attending the assessment but we have not received a reply.

A decision maker has decided you are capable of work from 24-Dec-2016.

What I havent told you yet Mr Vine. Was that I was 30mins late for the appointment. The security guards made no mention of it. Joel made no mention of it. I made no mention of it.

But now I realise what slight of hand the phrase ''There is no one qualified to see you'' really means. It's really is code for ''your fking late fella, and the doc is seeing the next client. So piss off''.

It not a lie, but it sure is disingenuous to the vulnerable client. So while technically Joel didn't lie to me. They sure didn't tell the truth to the DWP department that sent out this letter. ie ''That he turned up 30 mins late, and we were so rushed off there feet. We just couldn't fit him in''.

Did I ever receive that 13-Jan-2017. Nope is the answer. Me I wonder if such a letter was ever sent out Mr Vine. So I rang the office that sent out this letter. 

But before doing so I went and called on the Security kiosk that thursday 9th feb. Lo and behold Mr puffing panter was there, and he even remembered me. ''Your the one who asked about making a dash for it'' What I wanted Mr Vine from G4S is confirmation from them, that I did indeed turn up that morning but that they had orders not to allow me on site.

I asked could he get hold of his area manager. He refused. I asked him if I could have their number. That was refused. I asked him his name. He said it was M.R (again I shall keep his identity PnC for now). I asked could I have his badge number. He refused. Lucky that I got B.B.'s init Judge. I thought that Security guards of public buildings had to proffer their ID on demand. Seem not to be the case. So whether his name is M.R. is mute at this point.

I've been on the G4S web site and apart from an email address there is only the London office number. Very strange very clandestine Mr Vine. Maybe they get alot of hate calls from offenders families. Due to the way they treat their loved ones who are banged up eh? Mr Vine.

All I know is that they are in cahoots with the DWP in fobbing late arrivals off. So they can claim that ''They didn't show''. There are a million ways that someone can be late Mr Vine. I'm sure that it has happened to you from time to time. In your gad about life.

It could be something as simple as. The buses at that time of day getting caught in the rush hour jam. Meant that you missed the connecting bus and had to wait half an hour for the next one to come along. Maybe you were riding your bike and got a puncture, and the journey on foot took way longer than the bike journey. Maybe you hadn't been able to sleep all night fearing the appointment, because you have no faith whatsoever in their judgement. Because how can they understand what its like being you.

You know what I ask myself Mr Vine. Its this ''Why did I fk up that morning'' and do you know what the answer I get from that still small voice within is Mr Vine? Its this. ''Because you are the one, who will put a stop to their little game my child''.

So here Mr Vine is the Love centred, client centred, these fkers wouldn't have a job if it wasn't for people like me. Solution to ending this game.

 1)  G4S staff are to be disallowed from turning people away who have an appointment for that day. 

 2)  That WCA receptionist explains that due to lateness of arrival they will need to contact the following number. Hand them a sheet with the required dept phone number and address. Where they can explain what caused the delay, and re-appoint or what ever the DWP dream up as necessary. Noting that you did indeed attempt to attend.

 3)  That G4S have to produce their ID badges on request.

That Mr Vine ought to make for less worry for the claimant, and less deception by the WCA Team. Because right now I don't know if my next payment will be honoured. Which is due this weds. I have to find out later today if any decision has so far been made. Based on the information I provided on Thursday. 

 No doubt their decision makers are well versed in the lingo and know what the phrase ''No one qualified to see you'' means.

 Will things change Mr Vine. Is this anyway for an organisation entrusted with the care of vulnerable adults ought to be acting like? I don't think so. But then I have a vested interest don't I Mr Vine. I am hoping that when this is all done and dusted. My request ''Never to have to attend another WCA'' will be honoured. Given that attending them cause me so much anxiety and stress.  With the distain I already hold for them. Added to by yet another falsehood made about me by them.

I really don't like being around dispicable people Mr Vine. Like the ones who played games with me on that Dec the 23rd Morning. They make pretend to your face, while they stab you in the back.

 The Big Question is ''Is this a matter for the Police?''

 The smaller ones are ''How many people has this happened to in the last 5 years?'' is that a FOIR that a journalist could ask. How many have G4S fobbed off for the WCA dept.? So they can claim they didn't show? Maybe the dept. in Wrexham where this 3-Feb-2017 originated know? Is this something the heinous Mr I.D. Smith MP started up?

 Because I've been feeling those suicidal feelings these last few days. That others have felt before me and acted upon due to the macinations of the DWP. Feelings that these so called Health Care Professionals will never understand or care about. Evident from their willingness to be less than honest, with the truth.

Before I go Mr Vine. I'd like you to watch this video. It's about a parkinson sufferer vaping cannabis. You will see the effects. Now you tell me being an intelligent man. Why the fk are we letting government block its usage in the UK? Why aren't the medical fraternity, who must come across such videos on their social media feeds, demanding a change in policy? Why are we allowing the ''goody two shoes'' corrupt mob in parliament. To still criminalise this plant? When it has obvious beneficial medicinal effects?

I will end with. As far as I am aware nobody has been out to inspect the roof. If I was the occupier of the first floor flat. You can bet you life savings. That there would have been a red notice on my door. Threatening to smash it open if I didn't allow access by now.

I don't think they have twitter accounts to have any kind of a meaningful dialogue with people. Just for self publicity. Which sucks. But then ''I am the invisible man'' of Social Media Mr Vine. The leper of the twitterrati.

This week Mr Vine. I have had another conversation with someone whose life is being made miserable. By crap building standards, and an annoying neighbour. He will be leaving Cardiff to move back to rural Wales. Just for some peaceful enjoyment of home life.

He was in full agreement with the ''Architects! They need shooting'' philosophy I expound. ''They most certainly do!'' I mean, don't we have the means by now Mr Vine the materials by now Mr Vine. To make damn sure 100% that sound insulation is at its very highest. To reduce a stressed home life.

The Welsh Assembly or Parliament have never taken ''The right to a peaceful enjoyment of ones home and family life'' Seriously. But its an article of the Human Rights Act they all signed up to, but never enforced. Or else they would have been doing impact accessments of every property now wouldn't they? Especially houses of multiple occupancy.

But no, they don't want to go around enforcing that. But ''grow a bit of weed like, out the back. In amongst the veg init Terry''. And the law comes crashing down on them, like a ton of bricks.

As far as I am concerned Mr Vine. ''I have retired on health grounds''. That these WCA examinations are a complete and utter waste of public monies, and human resources. As far as I am concerned. And I for one would rather they nolonger be allowed pester me! Or play their games with me. As all I hold for them is despite. Some mental health issues are for life Mr Vine. Not just 9-5, but 24/7 365 days of the year.

Oh and Mr Vine you know that I am big on alternative energy. Well if they can do this in a third world country. Do ya think the Welsh Assembly could get the spec's on this  





Then pass it to out to the public. So we can all reduce our energy cost. On this Windy Isle ??? Oh I forgot no middle man or tax. That just wont do now will it Mr Vine!

Nice to hear Mr Ken Loach on your show today Mr Vine. It's more people like him we need as representatives in Parliament. But then that institution has deliberately caused poverty and hardship in this country. By design rather than incompetence. What amazes me is that the masses fail to recognise this, and wash their hands of all of them.

One day we might have an enlightened leadership that says. ''Lets get this thing producing green energy'' Why they cant borrow the money from the Bank of England at the same rate other banks borrow from it. Kinda baffles me. I bet that waterwheel would produce as much if not more than the screw turbine. (I sure would like the who owns what, and where's the money going from that) Further up the river from this.

It's the Melingriffith waterwheel Mr Vine. Some wonderful engineer will tell you how its easily converted to electrical energy production. What better way to honour our ancestors, than to keep alive what they in their genius created?

Oh a tweet on the micro wind turbine. 5 or 6 of those Mr Vine at the height of my washing line post. Recon I'd be reducing my electricity bill big time. Heck maybe in the summer I'd be selling some back to the grid. 
But will anyone be asking the nice Vietnamese fella from the Welsh Assembly Government for the specifications. In order to do a costing? To see if this would be a viable option for helping the impoverished in Wales. Oh I doubt it Mr Vine but should they . . . I think so.
